a&o Hotels en Hostels hecht veel belang aan het handhaven van dezelfde standaarden op alle locaties. Dit geldt niet alleen voor de voorzieningen op de kamers, maar ook voor alle aangeboden diensten, zoals het ontbijt.
Onze meertalige en vriendelijke receptiemedewerkers en een servicehotline staan 24 uur per dag voor je klaar en helpen je graag met raad en daad.
Inchecken is op elk moment mogelijk. Er zijn verschillende check-in opties beschikbaar. Je kamer is om 15.00 uur voor je klaar.
Vroeg inchecken met gebruik van de kamer vanaf 11 uur; in het weekend vanaf 12 uur. Dit kan online en ter plaatse geboekt worden voor €14 per kamer.
Uitchecken kan op werkdagen tot 10 uur, in het weekend en op feestdagen tot 11 uur.
Als je een laat vertrek hebt geboekt, kun je je kamer tot 14.00 uur gebruiken. Het is online en bij de receptie te boeken voor slechts €14 per kamer.Naast de kenmerkende waarde van de merkherkenning van elke &o, zijn veel hotelfuncties individueel ontworpen. Daarom zijn er altijd speciale kenmerken in de hostels, zoals de coole skybar in a&o Dresden Hauptbahnhof. Meer informatie over elk a&o hostel kun je vinden door te klikken op de stad van je keuze. „On business trips I value privacy, therefore the single rooms including a TV, Wi-Fi and even an own bathroom are ideal for me. Nevertheless, I want to socialize with other people, if for example nothing's on TV. Then I just go to the lobby, have a drink and ask the others if they want to play some table soccer. That's how it goes at a&o, and I like it. Therefore: always again."

„Without any difficulties, we found a cheap stay at the a&o. We had a double room. Our bed was freshly made and clean, the bathroom was just as clean and the breakfast buffet also completely ok. The location is very interesting :D and there are lots of young people in the hotel. The atmosphere at the hotel is casual and nice.“

„We had a weekend stay in one of the family rooms at the a&o. It was quite nice that the window was only tiltable, so we could feel safe about our little child, and we got an extra baby cot directly into our room. The breakfast was good and free for children under the age of 7 and as the milk ran out the employees directly filled it up again. As a conclusion, it was a wonderful stay with a kind staff, and we would consider coming here anytime again.“

„I have been positively surprised by the room (6 beds with shower/toilet). Nice and clean beds, a pretty decent bathroom, also a great breakfast variety and all of this for not even €30. The employees have been kind and very helpful.“
