If you are traveling with children, we recommend booking a family room. Children up to the age of 6 can sleep in the family room for free. In the a&o dorms there is enough space for up to eight people. These can also be booked exclusively for female guests. If you want to take advantage of our breakfast offer spontaneously, you can simply and easily let the reception know in the morning.

Is it allowed to stay in the a&o hotels with a dog?

We at a&o Hotels are generally a pet-friendly business - We are therefore happy to welcome you with your four-legged family members as our guests. For a small fee of 13 euros per night and per pet, they are allowed to stay in your single or double room. Please note that you may bring a maximum of two dogs or other pets. Out of consideration for other guests of our a&o hotels, we also ask you not to feed your pets in the breakfast area.

Do a&o hotels offer rooms where you can work?

For all business travelers and guests who would like to work during their stay in our a&o hotels or are staying with us for business reasons, we provide suitable rooms. Our modern coworking tables and our specially equipped meeting rooms are at your full disposal. What are the check-in and check-out times at a&o hotels?

We always strive to be flexible and adapt to the needs of our guests. For this reason, check-in at a&o hotels is possible at any time. Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. However, you can also opt for an early check-in booking for an additional 13 euros. This guarantees you access to your room as early as 11 am or 12 pm (on weekends). Check-out is possible until 10 am from Monday to Friday - on weekends and holidays you have until 11 a.m. If the last night was a little too long and you want to sleep in a little longer, you can also use our late check-out service. In this case, you do not have to check out until 2 pm.
