Unfortunately, your request cannot be processed online at the moment, since you plan to travel with more children than adults. Of course, we also have a good offer for you but we would like to give you some personal consultation in order to offer you the best room constellation possible.

Since 2023, the following cancellation rules apply at a&o:

  • Up to 3 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge
  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the agreed price
  • Up to 8 days before arrival, 75% of agreed total price
  • From the 7th day before arrival, 90% of the agreed total price 

For cancellation, we need a notification by e-mail.
