To support our team at a&o Hostel Vienna Stadthalle and Hauptbahnhof we are looking for YOU! A hardworking and independent student (m/f/x) for the reception.

Please note that you could be working at either location.

We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who would enjoy a part-time job in the hostel.

YOUR JOB

You work in the Late shift and night shift at the reception
You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out
You answer telephone and personal guest enquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services
You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks
You ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area

YOUR PROFILE

You are looking for a side job ("geringfügig", so EUR 475,86 tax-free per month) for a maximum of 6 shifts per month
Should you want to work more than this, please inform us
Educated in tourism or some experience in hospitality
You have perfect manners and a neat appearance
You love guest contact - and you show this at any time of day or night
Organisational talent
Very good German and English skills
