To support our teams we are looking for YOU - as a Management Trainee Operations (m/f/x)!
The aim of this one-year training is to assign you to the operational management of one of our hostels.

We also welcome applications from: Bachelor / Master graduates in Tourism / Business Administration / Hotel Management and motivated people! Become part of our management team now and manage one of our a&o hostels after the training!

YOUR JOB

Before you run a hostel independently, you will participate in a three-months management trainee program in one of our academy houses in Berlin, Prague or Warsaw, where you will be prepared for your future role as a hostel manager in the areas reception, food & beverage, back office andteam leading.

Afterwards, we ask for your flexibility, as you will then visit all our hostels as an internal auditor or assist in one of the houses, before taking on responsibility for your 'own' a&o hostel in Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

You …

have completed an educaton in the field of tourism, hospitality, business administration or a related area
ideally you have already gained some work experience in the hotel, catering, airline or cruise sectors
are proactive and independent
are (not only geographically) flexible
have a managerial mindset
