As the latest UK site for Europe's largest hostel chain, a&o Brighton Beach are looking to add to our amazing team at a really exciting time for the hostel.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Allrounder on a permanent basis for 25+ hours a week (we can be flexible for the right candidate)

YOUR JOB

As an Allrounder, you’ll really be all round the hostel. You’ll be working across reception, housekeeping, kitchen and our café bar. We’re looking for someone that wants to grow their skills in different parts of the business. We’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for check-ins & check-outs.
Ensuring all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions
At the bar, you’ll serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare drinks & cocktails.
In the kitchen, you’ll be preparing breakfasts and dinners (buffet style). Ensuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always kept
