To support our Sales Team at our Berlin Headquarters we are looking for you - an Online Sales Manager (m/f/x).

We also welcome applications from Sales Advisor and E-Commerce Manager.

YOUR JOB

You are responsible for the implementation of the defined commercial strategy and the pursuit of the annual revenue targets with our OTAs.
You carry out strategic market and competition analyses and optimise the presence of our hostels on the OTAs on this basis.
You are responsible for all tasks related to our Channel Manager including the connection to new distribution partners and ensuring bookability
You are the contact person for our hostels regarding content distribution and rate loading for the online distribution channels.
You conduct regular business reviews with our contacts at the OTAs
You are the internal contact person for all topics related to the online channels.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a very good command of German and English, further language skills are welcome.
You should be well versed in everyday hotel life, ideally you have already worked in sales.
You work independently, structured and conscientiously
You have a good understanding of technical processes
